Prayer for Discernment in a Noisy Workday

Heavenly Father, in the flood of emails, deadlines, meetings, and difficult conversations, teach me to recognize the voice of Jesus above every competing demand and to choose what is true, honorable, and pleasing to You. Holy Spirit, keep me from reacting out of pressure or pride, and give me clear discernment to speak with grace, work with integrity, and leave today’s unfinished things in the hands of the Lord.
