Prayer for Compassion in a Rushed Day

Loving Father, when my calendar is full, my phone will not stop buzzing, and the people closest to me feel like interruptions, slow my heart and make me merciful as You have been merciful to me in Christ. Lord Jesus, let me notice the tired coworker, the anxious child, and the lonely neighbor, and love them with a compassion that looks like Your own.
