Good Shepherd, meet me in the strained conversations, the awkward silence over dinner, and the old family wounds that still flare up without warning. Lord Jesus, make me quick to speak truth without cruelty and quick to listen without defensiveness, so that in my home Your gospel of reconciliation would be more than a belief I confess—it would become the way I live.
