Prayer of Compassion in Conflict

Precious Savior, when harsh words fly and tempers flare within my family, fill my heart with Your compassion, Jesus, who forgave even those who crucified You. Teach me to listen like You listened, and to serve peace even when misunderstood, so that Your reconciling love might reign in our home.
