Banking Services
We use Hailmary.com Banking Service for safe, secure financial processing. We can easily
accept your deposit or payout request 24/7.
We will never call you encouraging you to use any particular deposit option. If you do choose to deposit via cash, please call us on our cash deposit line 800-996-5152 for instructions. Please note: this is the ONLY number we use for cash deposit instructions; avoid fraudulent "phishing" calls for cash deposits by using ONLY this number or live chat on the site. |
Deposit Tips
- The minimum deposit online is $20.00
- The maximum deposit is $1,000 a day and $6,000 a month.Monthly limits may be increased if required.
- You are free to withdraw any funds you deposit, at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- If you are having trouble with a deposit please call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800-996-5152 (numbers outside North America Click Here) and we will help you.
- Note: There is a maximum of 5 deposits or 4 failed attempts per 24 hour period. If you have a failed attempt we highly recommend using another card to avoid reaching the 4 failed attempts which will prevent further transactions for a 24 hour period.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before making a deposit and to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your payouts make sure your address is correct and that it matches bank records. In the case we were not able to verify your account information you may be required to submit additional documentation for account verification that may include the following:
- A photocopy of your picture ID (e.g. Drivers License, passport)
- Photocopies (front and back) of your credit cards
- A credit card statement or utility bill.
- A credit card verification form
- Imprint of your credit card
When your credit card transaction is successful, the descriptor that will appear on your credit card statement will be displayed. Please take a moment to write it down.
There might be a difference between the transaction date and the posting date on your credit card statement. If you do not recognize a transaction on your credit card statement or have a question about any transaction on your account, please feel free to contact us, we will be more than happy to help you.
DEPOSITING WITH A PROMOCODE:
Whenever you receive a bonus code from Hailmary.com (by e-mail or regular mail) please make sure to note the following:
- The promocode offer is by invitation only.
- The promocode bonus can only be used once, per account and per household.
- This bonus and promocode are good on your next deposit only.
- The bonus attached to this promocode will be deposited into your account, once you’ve funded and entered the promocode in the appropriate field. (The promocode field is below the Amount field in the Hailmary.com Banking Service page)
- All promocodes have an expiration date as indicated in the email or mail you received.
- You must fund your account before the specified expiration date in order to get the bonus.
- There is no minimum deposit amount.
- The maximum bonus amount regardless of the amount of your deposit is $500.
- Standard deposit/reload bonus rollover rules apply before you can withdraw any bonus funds (please see the standard “Deposit Rules” below).
- Any abuse of the Promo code system will result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds awarded plus any winnings generated from them.
- Hailmary.comreserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
